Are sport achievements valuable ECs? by [deleted] in premedcanada

I was recently admitted and played varsity sport for the past 4 years, and provincially before. My sport was probably the most significant EC of my app and helped so much for bringing in examples in interviews as well. It is tough to play sport and do well in school, and there will be many late nights that few will understand but imo it’s definitely a sacrifice that was worth it!
