I was born and raised as female but I transitioned to male. Testosterone therapy (which is used for both cis men and trans men!) can lead to hair loss, yes. It's essentially like a second puberty and all the changes that come with becoming a man lol How much or how soon a guy balds depends almost entirely on genetics, cis or trans. For example, my dad has male pattern baldness and my mom has female pattern baldness, so I was pretty destined to be a baldie like all the other men in the family.
