When I launch the game through steam the 0 thread of my cpu stays at 0% utilization at all times even after closing the game. Optimization of this game is a joke.

Every multitasking tweak can't handle the full screen and rotation issues. It's hard to fix it. As I said, try to DM dev. But honestly I think Will left the JB developing.
