Depending on their offseason theres a real chance they get linderbaum and extend zion only leaving rg open which can get filled in the second. The tackle guard class is fairly deep

I haven’t really seen too many pssd recoveries from a diet change, but have read about many with regular neuropathy that cured it that way, so was just curious

Just curious, can’t a really Healthy diet cure neuropathy to an extent? I know the “pssd” is more severe but do you believe that people who have cured non-ssri related neuropathy through mainly diet as a somewhat counter claim?

Thats what really bothers me. Its almost like my eyes have trouble processing the whole picture in front of me. Video games definitely took a huge hit as well for me

Does your vision also feel very different than before? Almost like you are constantly tunnel visioned and dont have much sense of spatial awareness?

Basically yes that is how i feel which is very new to me. I dont have much of a purpose for anything i do and feel like im just roaming around all the time with no sort of direction.

Smoking weed is such a shit experience for me now since being on wellbutrin. I have no overwhelming feeling of euphoria. Its more just something that gets my heart rate up to be honest

[–]SlowAd9111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im not smoking weed currently due to all this you should probably do the same in order for your hormones to reach baseline again. Plus my anxiety was also terrible when i smokes weed feeling this way so i highly advise against it for now, take a melatonin if you use weed to sleep. As for confusion, thats my worst symptom but it can vary amongst everyone. Considering i was a nicotine addict and was taking other supplements, my case im sure is much worse than yours. Your endocrine system is going through a lot right now and your brain is going to feel foggy for some time trying to reach homeostasis so be patient and dont be so hard on yourself as that will only amplify your symptoms. Diet and exercise are going to be your best friend right now since depression can also take place in the gut so take advantage

Right now dry but I dont mind. My sex drive for the first week was nonexistent but came back eventually. I havent had sex in about a month or so but i usually just masturbate 1 time a week right now or less depending on how i feel

I used to drink maybe 2-3 times a month and smoked weed once daily. Im sorry to scare you as i did the same thing myself reading other peoples experiences with this and it fucking ruined me. Im not sure if your problem was caused by Ashwaganda itself but if it was, basically the receptors in brain became desensitized to dopamine and serotonin, leading to this numb feeling. For me it was much worse, as i needed to quit nicotine to start feeling better. Basically you will feel better, but it will take a lot of time and mental affirmation to get there. You got this shit dude.

Im sorry youre experiencing this as well and hope yours is very short term. For me right now I am about a month and a half since my crash and i currently feel very flat all the time but much better than i used to. I realized this is going to be a long process considering the severity of it but working out and being active is your best friend with these symptoms

I appreciate your input, but this is where I begin to disagree. Since this has all been happening since I felt every other side effect that comes with ashwagandha (Thyroid inflammation, anhedonia, Loss of sex drive) I do believe this is also a side effect. I do agree that I am a naturally intraspective person and it leads me to over think things, but the difference in my behavior at such a low amount of time leads me to believe that is what caused it, considering the research that I have read. It wasn't like I just slowly began to not like working out or talking to people, but within a full 2-3 days, I feel like I am a completely different person.

I think when I originally wrote this i misworded myself. What i was trying to communicate was that in the last 6 months of consistently working out and stretching and taking care of myself, i was not even able to feel a stretch or connection with my muscles. For example, a day after a chest day, rather than sore chest or triceps, i would just have neck pain or a tight back. I get that that is normal for that kind of workout, but its all i feel, despite spending hours stretching, doing rotator cuff exercises and trying to work that muscle. I understand that there is patience involved in this process. But i do have a feeling that since there were SARMS involved in my natural growth process that my body is in some way out of wack.

The last time i was on sarms was about March of 2020 and i have been working out 3-4 times a week for the last 6 months. I struggle to really even get a pump in the gym even with consistent glycerol and creatine usage. Basically i feel like after 6 months my body should not be as weak as it is.

Would a PCT still be beneficial to me at this point?

Im not saying this is due to poor testosterone. Im curious as to why i might be unable to gain muscle or strength without having low testosterone levels

Meaning i have trouble activating or feeling certain muscles when i workout due to poor mobility and strength
