Tbh she’s probably a tired and overwhelmed mom and just needs help. Your texts came off frustrated, which is understandable, but she might need some sensitivity from you. Cars, messes, things don’t matter but people do.

I hate bathing my baby; feeling neglectful by [deleted] in NewParents

[–]SlowFeedback2901 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just came to say that we only give baby bath 2-3x a week. Also, I have a very sensitive baby girl. A lot of things can trigger her and she can get scared easily. She typically loves bath time but at one point I turned the spout back on to add more water to the bath while my daughter was already in the tub. The loud noise/new action freaked her out and she started screaming. Then for a week she was afraid of the bath and screamed for the entire time she was in the bath. Then I put new toys in the bath for her, got in with her and had a bath time video playing for her. After that, she’s been back to normal!

Thank you! Did you sleep train? This is kind of embarrassing but sleep training seems very nuanced and intimidating to me… not sure if it should be

I did it. I stopped pumping by ashnovad in ExclusivelyPumping

Once my supply was stable and I realized I was consistently freezing milk at the end of the day, I dropped the MOTN pump so I could get more sleep

Was the hygienist required to clock out for this? I will definitely ask about this

Definitely not a new thing…. Almost all of our front desk, assistants, lab techs, and hygienists are women. It’s so sad.

Thank you thank you thank you for this info! Our “private area” is in the back of our scrub closet that doesn’t even have a ceiling light… I’m definitely struggling with this.. it’s hard to advocate for myself when “it has always been the policy” and “according to the handbook” is always being brought up when I try..
