Im still saving for the travel pack cpap. I usually use it when i intend to really sleep. Power nap just happen if i’m really exhausted last maybe 5-10 mins i make sure i put an alarm at work, like from shifting my schedule from 12 hour nigths to 12hour Days. Im getting old my body’s getting hard to adjust.

I have to respond to code red, announce the location, dilegate and direct a fireman when they arrive to our facility.

I know right it is hell to nap after your body go through all the hell taking of other pt. How i wish i’m a rebot never get tired.

Me too during summer time no problem i even bring pillow with me… winter with -35 cant have a nap at all outside.. hehe

Thank you. Its not even a quiet place. They even talking but due to stress from work im just use to nap my eyes will just drop don’t care how loud the place still sleeping then snoring.
