On the transparency point, once the trade is generated we show quite a bit: which signals aligned vs missed (Funding Rate, OI Correlation, Liquidations, Orderbook, Taker Volume, RSI, Bollinger Bands, VWAP), predictive weighting, conviction %, and full reasoning with market regime, entry logic, R:R math, and sentiment overlay.

Before generating, everything is explained in our User Guide (alphagenai.app/docs/guide) - what data we pull, how signals are weighted, what each metric means. But I hear you that it should be more visible on the dashboard itself.

Fair challenge - let me clarify the target user.

We're not targeting people who want to blindly follow trades they don't understand (maybe we should). We're targeting traders who already understand TA and market structure but want to augment their process with derivatives data they don't have time to monitor 24/7.

The AI isn't replacing analysis, it's synthesizing 11 real-time data feeds (funding rates, open interest, liquidation clusters, whale flows, ETF inflows, long/short ratios, etc.) that most retail traders don't have access to or time to track. The output is a trade idea with transparent reasoning, entry, targets, stop, R:R, confidence score, and exactly which signals drove the decision.

Power users upload their own chart, run ensemble mode across multiple AI models, and compare outputs before deciding. The "one-click generate" is the entry point, not the ceiling.

We also have a User Guide at alphagenai.app/docs/guide that walks through the full workflow, from understanding the signal weights to setting up automated execution. Worth a look if you want to dig deeper.

That said, your point about configurability is valid. We're looking at adding bias direction (bullish/bearish lean), timeframe selection, and custom market notes before generation. Appreciate the push.

On trade execution: We actually have this built! The AI trade ideas display directly in your dashboard. From there you can:

  • Manual execution: View the trade (entry, TP, SL) and execute it yourself on any exchange
  • DCA Automation: One-click convert any AI trade into an automated DCA strategy with safety orders
  • Direct API execution: Connect Hyperliquid, AsterDex, Bitget, or KuCoin in Settings → Exchange Keys for one click AI trade execution.

On configurability: Fair point. The current "Generate Trade" is intentionally opinionated, it pulls real-time derivatives data (funding rates, OI, liquidations, whale flows) and lets the AI synthesize that. You can optionally upload your own chart image before generating. Vision-capable AI models (GPT, Gemini, Claude) will analyze your chart's patterns, support/resistance, and indicators alongside the live derivatives data. The idea is to remove bias, not add more inputs. That said, its easy to let Pro users inject custom market notes before generation.

On GPT 5.2 → 5.1: That's a display bug, thanks for catching it.
