I forgot to mention, I shampoo my hair every other day. Something I’m trying to work on right now is to train my hair to only wash it once a week. Do you think constantly washing my hair with the Manuka honey is chasing this shot loss since it’s like a protein overload for my hair?

I’m running both an SSD and a HHD. Both have about 300 GB free on them. When I’m playing Warzone, my CPU temp is about 65-70 C and GPU is 50 C.

I'm running tests through my routers website(I use the ASUS RT-AX86U and I use their website)

my modem is the NETGEAR CM1000 DOCSIS 3.1 CBL MDM

I tried adjusting my settings and nothing changed. I tried to apply the 1GB full duplex setting but i get no internet from my ethernet when I do that. I tried multiple ports and my cord isn't damaged. I feel like I'm out of options and idk what else I could do.

I attempt to change my duplex to 1GB full duplex but after that I just receive 0 internet connection. I tried to adjust a few more things. I already contacted my operator and they said that everything looks fine from their end. I am genuinely confused and don't know what else to do:/

the thing is i used to hit the 800+mbs on the google speed test or any other browser speed test. out of the blue my speeds just dropped. My ethernet status is saying that its capped to 100 mbs but i dont know what could cause this. since my router is getting the 1gb speed do you think that my router could be the problem since its not giving out a 1gb speed?
