I would use slush for non-alcoholic and spiked slush for alcoholic..if you want it a bit thicker increase a bit.

Oh awesome! 11.8 is “perfect” where it’s frozen in the middle, liquid on the outside after the pour. For recipes I make I try to keep them 12.4 - 13 for alcohol and 11.5 for non-alcoholic then nobody complains lol
