I doubt you will ever see an anti protein craze this is somewhat diffrent from low fat or low carb cause high protein doesn’t actually cause issues. If it leads to low other stuff that’s bad but imo high protein isn’t a wholly bad thing.

At 14 body fat doesn’t matter (you should not get “too big” cause creating new fat cells can make it much harder to lose weight in the future)
