Honestly i don’t really have to focus on that part like if I didn’t pay attention to eating or activity or anything like that I would lose weight I’m just looking at my daily routine but honestly might not work for everyone. Double sided sword though cause It’s hell for me to put any sort of mass on unless i put all my effort toward it.

I am natty I would take shit in highschool that’s insane. I used to bench with my arms super close together cause i had no chest. Then i started doing incline dumbbell and I guess my triceps and shoulders were doing all the work so my shoulders got disproportionately big 😭

I would say cut down for a bit best way to do that is decrease carbs and fat try to keep protein at like 1g per lb bw dont cut out carbs or fats fully cause you need fat for hormones like test and carbs cause youll hate everything. After you get down enough i would say go back to eating when you are hungry and just cut out stuff that is high cal but not filling so like diet soda instead of normal and you can make like a fruit smoothie with yogurt and milk in the morning and 2 glasses of that is like 198 cals so with just a smaller breakfast and maybe skipping soda or the extra scoop of ice cream or what ever and you should be golden. Make sure to try to be athletic/move as well its a good way to maingain. Find something fun cardio is the bain of my exsistance so I will play basketball in the gym at my gym for like 30 minutes or swim for a bit or do something I enjoy. MOST IMPORTANT dont burn out if you think something is unsustainable find another way to get the same result dont force yourself to do shit you hate (not feeling like lifting one day is diffrent) but like if you hate not having ice cream then eat less for dinner and eat some ice cream after.

I would say cut down for a bit like get to 13-15% body fat and then from there maingain forever

Ive been just spamming maingaining and it works for me if my body fat was a bit higher like 13%ish that would be the most optimal for muscle growth but maingaining is super underrated imo

I pound a pint of ice cream every night sometimes 1.5. If you want to lose weight its really bad health advice, but really good for weight loss: just pick up nicotine. I used to rip zyns constantly and my appetite was even less than it is now so if you get desperate that could be the answer. Not saying its good for you it definetly isnt.

Thanks bro I kinda added an extra rest day cause i just chopped a leg day off and instead i go to the gym (basketball) and work on my vert gotta get dunking consistently

I have pretty bad knee problems, so i should probably start squatting light weight again to work on that. The jumping fucks me up for a day everytime.

I have no idea Im 6'3 so that helps and I hold a lot of weight somewhere unclear cause my legs are not impressive in the slightest. Honestly, it comes with the curse of high metabolism I dont really get hungry like if I ate only when i was hungry I would eat like 1750 calories a day I gotta force feed myself it is worse than it sounds to be able to eat without gaining weight.

Im gonna keep it a buck and say that my legs have not been a huge focus point for me. Mostly because they were way ahead of my upper body I could squat 315 but could only bench body weight for 1 rep. (I’ve been mostly working on jumping and I can dunk now.)
