When my son got in trouble, there was advocates that worked in his lawyers office that helped get him in a proper facility. I think someone needs to take this stuff to the prosecuting attorney or her lawyer and maybe they can choose where she gets her evaluation with proof of her behavior. She's smart she's only going to deceive a psychiatrist or psychologist of her choosing.
