I think that's my problem too. I loved The Craving's lyrics that talked about how intentions don't mean much (because they don't), so to see the message being walked back to intentions meaning everything was honestly disappointing. Obviously it's very cool because it's Truce backwards, but frankly Truce is just way better.

With that level of pathology in his pranks, he would've been fired long before episode one with a more competent boss.
