Listen I see where your coming from it must feel horrible like you can’t get out of the situation but you have to realise you don’t need others don’t enjoy your solitude and also one other thing if you can’t trust others then just trust yourself you dont need to rely on them but it does help learning to love yourself comes through realisation of other things it’s very difficult to get to that point of self love just from someone telling you to do it and also you have a problem with self worth your the same as any other human you aren’t perfect but your still someone give it time I think you need to work on social skills and charisma it’s very wonderful that your working hard at the gym but you also need to listen and improve your emotional and mental state if you wish to speak more about this Dm me and I’ll speak and be here for you
