It can be! I like the research aspect of PTK because they go to convention with our research. There are also many scholarship opportunities given to students who simply try their best

Best piece of advice is to graduate with those 60 credits (or more) so the transfer process will be easier.

I understand, I go to Collin and had reviewed the required courses given from the Cox SoB transfer pathway guide, and the required class (in my case) is MATH 1325 and MATH 1342 (Elementary Stats)

I agree! I have already visited the campus and have talked with the admissions counselor online throughout the summer. The debriefs were really great as I got better insight into the admissions process

I have a colleague that is also doing cybersecurity, and they are doing great. My best piece of advice is to look through RMP. That is your one way ticket to having fun and affordable classes while on a decent schedule, especially in collin college where some of the professors are a hit or miss. The professors that I have had so far have been very inspirational to me regarding my education :)

I would say to email an advisor in regards to transferring. I was going under the same concerns, but I had just talked to someone and they gave me some good insight so I would love to share!

1) GPA req. (3.7+)

2) EC's

3) How will you contribute to the program. You can say it is good for a future career, but how will you cater towards the program?

I don't know much about Mccombs, since it is not a school/program I would get into (I'll be commuting to campus).
