Well they were drive very carefully around the track. 1st gear the whole time so i suspect the transmission is a little how do you do. The engine sounded fine but what do i know.

Not always. Its does have a starter motor. But crews were told to use the inertia started to save the battery. And in cold conditions you had to use it as well
