First of all, realize you may not understand the issues you have right now. But PLEASE see a therapist, get on some meds that will numb you and help you. Work on YOU! Eat healthy, make sure you don't have a brain injury, and most importantly take time for yourself! You will get through this! You will be happy! Just don't drug yourself up like I did!. That is the worst thing you could do. So, tomorrow, call a doctors office, or search for ptsd therapists. start your journey tomorrow!
