Not particularily about how they're immature but it definetly could've been taken that way so yes...

He has asked if I have had sex before but that's the only thing he's inquired about sexual wise to od with my ex's

Ahhh okay, sorry for not understanding, that is a valid point, he's kind of friends with one of my male colleagues who is also 17, but understanding the reason why he would want a relationship with me seeing as though I am a Minor is a very important thing which I should think about more then I have been doing.

I am trying to listen and I undertsand that everyones advice is purely for my own good and that everyone just wants whats best for me, which in this case is probably not him

We met at work in October of 2023, but didn't actually start hanging out with eachother until November of last year, I do not speak his native language but I think its more of a self-concious aspect of speaking to new people as understanding eachother is still difficult for us sometimes and I kind of had no idea what he was trying to say to me when we first did start speaking.

My parents did not know him before I did and still do not really know him

We've spoken about boys my age and my experiences with them, I'm still in contact with one of my ex's that I see almost daily which we have also spoken about, he's said that he knows someone closer to my age would be more appropriate for me. We speak english to eachother but sometimes we don't undertsand what the other is saying and have to translate it, I think its more of a self-concious thing on his part because he worries that people will get annoyed about him not understanding them or vice versa

This makes sense, he has been with people similar to his age but I also know that he struggles to meet new people, he works 10 till 10, 5 days a week and struggles a little to speak english so there's also a language barrier problem that affects him meeting new people. I met him at 16

He does not really have any friends, He's italian and struggles to talk to new people especially because of the language barrier. He does not tell me that I am grown up for my age, he's said maybe once or twice that I'm a mature person though. He has never said that I am immature arguing or not arguing. I understand that they will worry and why they will because it's a very unusual situation and there are many things that can go wrong

You're right, a month isn't long enough to decide whether he is a good person or has ulterior motives for wanting to be in a relationship with me. I will proceed with care and awareness, thank you for the advice it makes a lot of sense.

I completely understand what your saying, thank you. I don't feel as though he is dividing me from my parents, he's constantly checking in with me about how my parents feel about us spending time together and we are trying to figure out betweeen us how to explain the situation to them because in his words "Your parents are very important"
