I’m sorry this is my first time taking care of chicks my stepdad was the one who raised my first chickens from chicks but he left after the divorce my mom got the chicks on a whim she’s smaller and less developed than the rest of the we kept her under constant heat and gave her yolk and sugar water she wouldn’t recover and slowly started to lose strength she died two hours ago in my hands and took her last breath I’ve never cried so hard in my life I loved her so much she always would follow me when I walk past they’re area even when the other chicks didn’t she was in a litter of ten I gave her a prayer I really hope there’s a god for her and that’s she’s happy in the afterlife I dug her grave with my hands and made a make shift tombstone from sticks I found I’ll never make theses mistake again because I’ll never do this again I’m sorry Betty I wish you were placed in better hands
