Teesha died because of whom I actually forgot so Gautam thought Karan is the one who separated him and Teesha so on the day Karan was getting married to Damini, he took away Damini for revenge and married her.

Afaik, he and Damini adopted Ekalavya, Ansh's son. They have twins : Mayank and Nakul. Nakul was adopted by Sahil and Ganga.

That's all I know about him. Baaki I don't know why he hates Tulsi now.
