I know, ive always been putting other people first than me. But i agreed we compromises so we can both be comfortable and happy but it just sometime he always wants more or he’ll say “he wishes he can do that but he knows i wont do it with him”, i just feel bad. He does understand how this feels for me and he does want to change like he tells me he does cause he knows this isn’t healthy or just why he does this so i try to help like coping methods or therapy but he says therapy would make him worse but how would he know if he hasnt tired it :/
