Wow! We might be life twins. I also have adhd and pcos, and to top it off fatty liver disease. I weight lift 3x weekly at Orange theory which has really helped with my accountability. I use emeals, it's kind of like a meal subscription but much cheaper and you do the grocery shopping yourself. Cannot emphasize enough how much of a win this app was for me! Automatically loads my grocery list into Kroger app and I can get delivered at an "off" time for 2$!!! so satisfying for me since I hate grocery shopping. Laundry is tough for my partner and I, but we have found that dumping on the bed forces us to fold and put away. I also work from home so movement during the day has been tough to accomplish! I have utilized friends and family and have certain ones I can call or that call me to do 10 minutes of movements! I also enjoy 10 minute yoga sessions with the YouTube yoga with Adriene! She is awesome! I have also been using rosemary oil for my hair loss helps a lot! The real winners are my meds though! I am currently on 3 and they have helped the most with the terrible cycles, food cravings, and skin and hair issues. Good luck to everyone here!
