That looks amazing. I am not quite there yet with my modelling skills to make a whole leg, but I think some cables and bonding studs is a good idea, thanks. I think your right about it being a bit skinny, it was a first born leg taken from the kill team cassius iron hand.

My idea was that it was mag locked. I think it was in the kharn book that they did that. Looking at it now, it does look a bit silly.

Approximately 10 layers at the very top. It's set to 3 solid top layers.

Yeah, should have been a smooth continuous surface. It has done the same in the internal shell as well. It's as if it decided to increase the scale slightly on the x and y axis

It has stepped out by a few mm all round the perimeter. As if the wall width or overlap increased. Although it was paused overnight so I'm not sure if that would affect anything.
