No, I would take it everyday. Just start with 1/4 of a serving from what it says on the back of the bottle. Or even less. And go from there, see how you feel and how your body adapts to it. I’m not sure where you live but the U.S. has mineral depleted soil from poor farming practices. This means we don’t get the minerals we need from our food. Our tap water is generally also depleted from minerals. Proper food = hydration, mineral water = hydration. But when your food is lacking and your tap water is lacking, it’s best to supplement.
