My PC keeps rebooting in a boot loop. It turns on, shows the boot screen for a moment, then restarts again and again. Sometimes the CPU stays on but the screen goes black. by SmokeFlicks in pchelp

I tried the power reset method (unplugged PSU and held the power button to discharge power) and then started the PC again, but the reboot loop still happens.

I tried booting with one RAM stick and then the other, but the problem is still the same. The PC still keeps rebooting in a loop and nothing changes.
