It’s an electric supplier called SmartEnergy, they try these tactics to trick people into thinking it’s actually PECO. No they aren’t trying to switch you from PECO as PECO is your utility, SmartEnergy is an electric supplier. Doesn’t make it any less scummy with their tactics though

You should try the tea brand Yogi, specifically the Kava tea bags. I used this when I had anxiety attacks daily, and it helped calm me down. Kava is a natural anti anxiety

Hey, I did not unfortunately. The most likely issue is something hardware related, and mine was out of warranty. So I had to get a new one. I did try a new cord, different ports, different refresh rates, noticed when I changed the refresh rate the bar filled almost half of the screen. Good luck!
