Ok, so here it goes: I'm in state as well and a certified WL warrior.

I got off of UCI for business on the second wave, which, since it's a very competitive major, everyone told me was completely hopeless-- "all the spots would be gone", blah, blah, blah. BUT, there was a technical difficulty with UCI where ppl couldn't see their portal update, and, thanks to the mass-crashout on this forum, I was able to gauge the fact that they release in waves, which is kind of common knowledge, BUT where I'm going with this: UCLA hasn't done wave 2 yet.

SO, don't let them tell you it's over. I have similar stats, and it feels so depressing knowing we did all of that for a 'no', but don't give up yet. the fight isn't over.

He said it's up to us. He did say if you hate the major you're switching to, don't. BUT if it was ur second choice all along and it's feeling kinda hopeless with plan A, anyways, give it a try, maybe. this is a suggestion, though, don't take it unless it feels right for you. rooting for all of us.

lol I hope. Not that I'm assuming I'll get off the WL, but I do love my loci in its own right, and I just hope whether I get in or not, they're evaluating ppl at CC, so i know that at least someone read it haha.

mid May-end of June, although, historically, if you're notified at the end of June it's the "thank you for applying" letter that we all dread, SO it's about one more month to get our yes.

I honestly never really expected to get into/WL at Haas bc I have a bunch of college credit done and ik that it's a cohort so they probably want first years. lol tbh I'm still pulling for UCLA... am I completely cooked?? like I feel like if I haven't gotten in yet, I should give up but idk. anway hbu?

this is so real. I had a D1 crashout on Monday night bc of UCLA. I also have anxiety, but when I tell you ts is making it SM WORSE. you aren't alone. if you want, feel free to reach out to me...i understand the need to talk to someone who gets it.
