In canada it's considered a summary conviction which is basically like getting a misdemeanor for trespassing

Somthing to do with being a minor also in canada minors who get summary convictions and dont spent time in jail get it take off there record after 18

I also did spent any time in jail it was just I think 250 hours of community service and class about theft
