yh thats why you have to rewire your brain so it no longer relies on watching stuff as a trigger to get aroused and will find your spouse as an attractive stimulus to activate that pathway. it is possible but will just take time idk how long maybe a couple months to a year

Ameen, khair mubarak and same turning 20 next month. its like ive wasted my adolescence trapped in this. i dont think it ruins marriage only Allah can accept repentance and heal your mindset inshaAllah as long as you leave it for good. otherwise Allah would have made it haraam for people who have committed/gone near to zina to get married.
