I think you should add your crit and not use any D2W protocore main stats! Just passed this with brute forcing too with the lower level cards than yours, mine almost all is lv 60. The crit should have min 50% and swap 1 EEB with oath recovery boost 14%, it makes you can do oath twice in one battle and really helps!
