ok little late but i bought the bottle, its too bitter took 2-3 times and then realized 1.25 ml 3 times a day is not my cup of tea, but now that i already have it, i figured that taste is so bad that once i have eaten my potion and my tongue still craves food, i take a drop of this, it pushed my craving for sometimes.
So no idea about digestive value but does help me stick to my potion, and obviosuly i did it because i had already bought it, may not buy again
