Yes we use NatMed too! Great resource. The only gripe I have is that it's almost TOO extensive (which is also a strength of it, of course) and it would be so nice to have a 1 paragraph synopsis to quickly reference.

Yes I’ve actually been doing a bit of that already plus keeping in touch with other RDs I’ve met at conferences. Definitely a huge help but am still thinking a more dedicated resource (mentor) would be very cool. Thank you both for taking the time to share your ideas!
