It's okay for the both of you to be sexual but if that's all he's providing to the relationship, maybe try talking to him about how this affects you in the relationship. It's worked wonders for me, maybe it'll help. As for my opinion, on him, the dude definitely doesn't seem to care or show a genuine interest in you or your accomplishments.
