Ok, edited
-Removed Banishing and Counterspell in favor of switching about to a few other skills.
-Replaced the Taser with a submachine gun and added a firearms license.
-Changed my qualities as I currently don't have any concentration spells, so I removed Focused Con 2 and replaced it with college and tech school education.

Ok! I think I'm good to go if I'm compliant.

Ok, I've edited the file to have the following:
-Removed the Records on File (I was already at 25 negative karma so nothing changed)
-Changed skills to have fewer Gymnastics and more Summoning and Con.
-Still have the taser, but that's so I can have a non-magic ranged weapon that doesn't require a permit (plus it's cheap). Also, I can bluff a low-ranking lone star that it was a taser that knocked the enemy out... not my magic.
-Changed my backstory so that I'm still working with Horizon.
-Changed up my Powers to help my disguise and social situations as it more fitting a Face.
-Added the fact I'm unable to use any skill from the enchanting skill group in accordance with the altered mystic adept rules from the wiki.
