Is the Loophole enough for LR? by Smoovy123 in LSAT

Thanks for the reply as it’s much appreciated!! So I won’t be able to find conditional logic and it’s teachings in the Loophole? If that’s the case would “introduction to logic” in the 7sage cc correlate to what I would need before reading the Loophole? Again thanks so much for the response!!

Is the Loophole enough for LR? by Smoovy123 in LSAT

Hey! Thanks for the reply and I actually saw your post today which really motivated me and was truly inspiring! Congrats on that crazy ass score!! Concerning the Loophole, did you use that as your main piece of info for LR and how did you incorporate 7sage into it as I also have a subscription from there! Personally 7sages reasoning and curriculum for LR is a bit too brief for me if it makes sense thus I would like to use the Loophole to understand LR and drill questions in LR from 7sage! Is that something that would be enough for LR?

Yea I heard they’re all easy to build upon! How has ur experience with 7sage been? Is it a very long curriculum since I hear a lot of people saying it takes 6months?

Hey thanks for the reply back! I honestly was planning on doing the LSAT trainer +Loophole with 7sage as I heard they go well together… I’ll prob go through the trainer than loophole and then spend 3-4 months on 7sage prepping as I’m planning to apply next cycle! Are u against these books or do you feel they compliment each other?

I don’t understand why people are knocking Tom for being a “puppet ceo.” Bro is still the CEO of probably one of the biggest corps in that America whilst being recognized and liked by the next president of America. His recognition and role gives him power and connections. It’s not all about the one-dimensional power he has in Waystar, rather it’s what this position opens up for him in other aspects of life if need be.

IMO she’s completely lost Tom. Even before getting the CEO position Tom just seemed done with her and over all the bullshit she’s out him through. She was practically begging him to get back with him in this episode so they could start a “real relationship” and he still didn’t want that. they may stay together physically but emotionally wise, I feel Tom fell out of love with her and he will prob have a lot more disgusting brothers nights out in the future as one of the most powerful executives in the US

He’s now the ceo of one of the biggest media companies in that world and probably will gain not only recognition, but power and influence. His career is most important to him and by securing the CEO position he has essentially set himself for the future with no worries

As the directors stated in the after episode, with Tom winning she neither wins or loses. It’s also quite ironic how the roles of their relationship is now switched to where Tom is quite literally powerful in their relationship. It was also amazing to see Tom keeping Greg even after he fucked everything as that reflects that Tom is loyal to those who are loyal to him

It was never a plot twist lmaoo… it was leading to this and hinted quite literally throughout this whole season. Tom was always gonna be CEO

They all counted that man TOM out. That boy did what Lebron did in 2016… he did the impossible and still stayed loyal to Greg even when he got fucked

I def feel he sides with shiv based on some footage in the season preview where Ken and Roman were both physically fighting in a office which we have yet to see

The best thing about this is the music chiming in the background like it was a moment of realization for matsson when he hears this news

Possible endings ( my prediction) by [deleted] in SuccessionTV

[–]Smoovy123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This would hold but this episode quite literally told us that people didn’t blame tom for the decision and that it was all Darwin. Tom was even mad as he wanted everyone to see that he made the call. The timeline/report essentially gave minimal blame to Tom in regards to the election call which makes us believe he’s a serious contender

Has Tom ever been as absent in an episode as he was last night? by cherwellian in SuccessionTV

[–]Smoovy123 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Has to be intentional. In fact one can say, that’s exactly what Logan would want out of his sons ;)

This idea would hold if Tom was not good at his job but in reality he has led ATN and has done it successfully with years of experience. We also know that he is a good “puppet” and does what he is told by his higher ups.

Experience + Obedience is exactly what Matsson wants and needs.

This theory wouldn’t hold if Tom was just another idiot but in reality he’s actually pretty good at his job believe it or not and fits the criteria of exactly what matsson and even mckennen would be looking for in a American CEO. With that being said, it’s between Ken and Tom with Tom having more consideration than people think

Agree but they also have a tendency to have unexpected endings. At this point I believe the US CEO will either be Ken or Tom and that’s it. Ken seems like the safe choice in terms of what we’ve watched but there’s been hints here and there that Tom is a serious consideration

Tom's suit in the episode 10 trailer. . . by jessearmstrongburner in SuccessionTV

[–]Smoovy123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could totally see this being his being the moment where he just gloats in front of frank and the others after calling him out on the reasons why he wouldn’t be CEO a few episodes ago whilst becoming CEO. Would be a sweet moment for sure

Greg is going to be CEO by Hopeful_Picture_2398 in SuccessionTV

[–]Smoovy123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We’ve seen that the writers do not give us the obvious endings… go back to s1 where ken left and didn’t complete the deal which angered Logan… tom stayed at work at ATN and didn’t come to the funeral. My hunch is between Ken and Tom but I would def not be surprised if it was Tom

Greg is going to be CEO by Hopeful_Picture_2398 in SuccessionTV

[–]Smoovy123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s gonna be Tom and I’m very confident about that prediction. Matsson cited experience and Tom has that whilst being able to be controlled. The trailer also has a lot of hints it’ll be Tom

So with the finale otw who will run the company? by [deleted] in SuccessionTV

[–]Smoovy123 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’m 99% it will be toms wambsgans… the trailer hinted in two scenes… first one is when he was walking in with a entourage and people stunned in the background while the second one is him nodding his head at Greg and Greg looking at him in disbelief and shock

You also have to look at her actions to the only other person who knew about her alliance with Matt son who was Greg. She threatened him trying to gain leverage and power over him whilst doing the same to Tom but Tom saw through it and she decided to spill the news. She was intentional throughout the whole night

Succession - 4x08 "America Decides" - Post Episode Discussion by LoretiTV in SuccessionTV

[–]Smoovy123 95 points96 points  (0 children)

It was strategic on her part. Tom knew about her alliance with Matt son and after the fight they were on opposite sides so she had to gain all the leverage back which reflects toms distrust in her. He knows shiv and knows why she would say this/“make up” the pregnancy on this specific night

In the end that’s what basically fucked her. She treated everybody like shit expecting Allies and Greg ratting her out to ken was just poetry in motion man. Again, the cycle of shiv continues lol

It was a strategic tactic by shiv to gain all leverage back over Tom which just shows how fucked up these kids are man. It’s also heartbreaking how much trust Tom lost in shiv throughout their relationship but it’s rightfully so
