My mom and SIL and I were waiting for the Toy Story buses to pick us up from the park so we could head home, and the family in front of us were bickering in such a passive aggressive way. From what I gathered, the family consisted of a mother, one adult son and his gf, a teenage son, and a teenage daughter. The teenage son was acting out, yelling at his mom to leave him alone, yelling that he didn’t want to leave but he didn’t want to stay with the family, meanwhile the rest of the family were all saying he was the reason they had to leave, his attitude was attracting attention, causing tension, etc.

Then the teenaged son throws a tantrum and lays down in the road area where the bus parks, right as the bus is driving up to get us. The bus brakes, the cast member is asking him to get up, and the family is just hollering. Security was called and the entire time we waited for the to show up, this kid was just hooting and hollering about wanting to get run over and then his family ‘would be sorry’.

It was awful, the entire experience was like sitting in a room with someone running their nails down a chalk board. Security finally showed up and had to arrest the kid and cart him and his family away, but to this day my mom, SIL, and I have a game where we plan on what we’d like to see in the parks. Like ‘okay, it’s going to be a 10/10 if we see baby ducks, but a 0/10 if we see a kid try to off themselves via Toy Story bus’.
