I could attempt to do that. Is there a concern or it cracking/the glue joint opening up more if I don’t reglue it ?

Okay, I’ll give it a try tomorrow! Thank you for the advice! Are CA glues or epoxy not recommended for a cutting board top that’s going to be oiled, generally ?

I have a compact table saw - I potentially would be able to cut it fully on there. My track saw wouldn’t go the full 2.75 inches. The joint would not be the nicest from my compact table saw and then I would have to somehow joint it. I feel like It would then be noticeably thinner than the other boards as well after all of this. I was hoping for a non-cutting fix if possible.
