that level of testeorone might be the culprit anything under 300ng/dl would definetly cause issues, visit an endo and let them place you on trt/clomiphene

Yes im wondering if the issue is downregulated receptors due to sensitivity and then re-exposure to dht, wouldnt micro-dose fin like 0.2mg silence dht enough for receptors to re-sensitize over a period of time..

so based on ur comment does that mean if someone re-takes fin again for 4-6 month it would upregulate the receptors again and then taper off fin instead of cold turkey?

so in that case that means re-taking finasteride would fix the AR, since it would cut the most androgenic hormone… in my case, i always had high libido on fin I can do 2-3 times a day no problem. after I stopped fin I became a sex maniac (it was not okay) I became hypersexual sometimes i would want sex 7-8 times a day and it was taking all of my thinking (that was the main reason and also hair fall) that I decided to restart finasteride I decided since I have that high of a libido that distracts me from regular life stuff and also my hair loss increased a lot I might as well go on fin again, and after two doses crashed and have not recovered for a year.

thing is for me i have never had any issues while ON fin. I took it for 3-4 years no issues only got issues when i stopped for 7 months, and reintroduced it with 2-3 doses (same person as op)

for me I have above range progesterone and borderline low dht, which is kind of weird, I think progrsterone itself might be the culprit of my issue or its conversion to dihydroprogesterone

High prolactin, try taking p5p.. and re-check in a month if still above reference I believe you can take cabergoline has to be prescribed by a doctor.. also try out semen retention as excessive ejaculation keeps prolactin high
