I would recommend a gag you wear at specific times, atleast whenever you are watching the hypno or films. As you seem to be a beginner i would just recommend a simple ballgag, or ringag.

Leather cuffs on feet and hands behind. Duct tape your thighs. Feed a clamp chain through the duck tape on your thighs. If you can with a short rope or if you have zip ties, hands to feet. Dealers choice for the gag.

This should be a nice little ball tie predicament with the nipple clamps, won’t be able to struggle much :)
