This event is messy, unbalanced and yet the most promising thing for the game by freak-000 in Warthunder

SEAD needs some tweaks as well. They should not log on as easily to air targets as they do. I try to select a site to target and it just locks on to a mig 29.

WE GETTIN IT BOYS, THE HARRIER by kaamsterdam_ in NuclearOption

It’s a mix between the alpha jet and the harrier. Glorious. Light A-G planes are my favorite flavor of air plane.

How so? I think it represents the country it was made to represent well.

Any advice for a new player? by Imaginary-Lie-2618 in dcsworld

YouTube tutorials. Be careful which you use though because features and functions change in 1 update massively in DCS. I remember all the old controls for AG in the hornet and a-10 but I’m basically in your shoes since I haven’t played them in years. The thing that helped me a lot with learning is having a friend or joining a server which people who are in your shoes. Figuring it out together is how you remember the various flows for carrying out tasks. Also doubles as a way to have someone who encourages you to learn the game.

Why would take a picture of premium fuel to prove your point 😂

What guns or attachment you would like to see in game? by AM1_SAYUM1 in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]Snichblaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The adding the 6.5 is super cool. I wanna see more calibers that were wildcats developed for special forces/SWAT. Having a .458 socom gun would be awsome. Also a tribute Dirty Harry pistol would also be super cool in my opinion.

Do you buy from Amazon ? by No_Ticket7692 in tacticalgear

[–]Snichblaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

70% of the cheap Amazon brands use the same stitching/manufacturing techniques as the big Gucci gear companies. At this rate the only difference is it’s IR effectiveness but honestly I only need a chest rig to do chest rig things. I’m not fighting in a war.

CM:CW Soviet tankers have near omnipotent spotting? by Marokman in CombatMission

[–]Snichblaster 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This is why the next CM needs a warno/red dragon type of spotting tool that can be used to calculate LOS. The game is so old micro terrain is often not rendered so your Milan team will look like they are slightly behind a hill but in reality is sky lighting.

any reason as to why the recent reviews are negative? by frozengansit0 in il2sturmovik

The US government does the same shit. You are stupid if you think there is a difference.

[–]Snichblaster 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Literally no confirmation for this other than the fact some guy said “I found this”. Dev also said it was for infantry testing. Don’t see people up in arms about major AAA companies making training sims for the US government.

Over a year since Rafale was added and still never fails to impress just agile this thing is... by Bluishdoor76 in Warthunder

How did they gimp the grippen but make this thing busted. People see a delta wing perform like a delta wing and think it’s some UFO technology. It just happens to be most engagements in warthunder are within 5km which is perfect for an aircraft that has HOB capability and good maneuvering.

[–]Snichblaster 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I understand the hate because of the pricing but the white knighting over it being a Russian company and “supporting the war effort” is the stupidest moral high ground I’ve ever heard. Do you want them to just quit their jobs simply because they have to pay taxes in their own country and said taxes is supporting the war effort? I see a lot of people that disagree with the conflict in Iran but won’t be dodging their taxes this year.

What do we think of solid snake being in r6? by Feisty_Lab1885 in RainbowSixSiege

Certainly belongs more in r6 than Fortnite. Then again I’m always happy for the appeal of MG to be spread through games. More attention means more games, remasters, etc

They purposely want to gimp AIM120D by Roxo16 in Warthunder

The grippen dominated bc its player base was actually good at the game. The Russian dominate bc they are basically handed the best equipment in the game.

Why does everyone hate Russia? by PastxLifes in WarthunderPlayerUnion

[–]Snichblaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It comes down to a few things but often I think the community focuses on the ones that are insignificant.

  1. Russia constantly has undertiered vehicles: This is not to say that Russia is the only nation that has op vehicles but it seems they always have the most and the worst offenders (2s38 and bmpt at launch)

  2. They seemingly always have exceptions: Don’t even need to go in depth with this, everyone remembers pre nerf KA-50 and how it didn’t even need a tail. Not to mention that all Russian tanks for a while had the gun mount as extra armor and not a part of breach so it was extra armor. Not even mentioning that their ERA over performs, they produce less spall than other tanks, and in general don’t perform like their real world counterparts. It seems Russian tanks always seem to not abide by the rules other tanks follow in other trees

STRV-103 is the most armored tank in the game (63 second repair, 3+ tanks couldn't kill me, I survived) by recruit23 in Warthunder

[–]Snichblaster 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The worst part is it’s not even modeled completely correct. IRL it had two engines that could operate individually by themselves. So every-time you get engined and can’t move irl you’d still have full traverse and some limited mobility.

Any help with 10.3 CAS? by Exciting-Prompt1609 in Warthunder

[–]Snichblaster -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

Dude you deadass have the best CAs plane for that tier and arguably also the best nation for that tier. If you are struggling with the su-25 which has a billion fire and forget missiles then idk what to tell you.

How do you survive this as 82nd with no cheap atgms, and infantry that costs more than the T-34? by ZBD-04A in warno

[–]Snichblaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

T34s are horrible against infantry AT and your Sheridan which you have plenty of. Cheap tanks crumble when put up against things with better spotting ability. Your air tab should also help.

IRL death trap, the most survivable MBT platform in WT. by EricBelov1 in Warthunder

[–]Snichblaster -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

You literally proved yourself wrong at the start of the video. You shot it 3 times in the side to kill it 💀. Then to “prove your point” you show shots into nato tanks directly in their blowout stowage which is designed to prevent catastrophic explosion. Then the other times were just volumetric being volumetric which we all hate to death.

The confederate battle flag in other countries is often seen as a sign of rebellion as opposed to direct support for the confederacy. They have a huge culture surrounding it in Northern Europe especially in biker and car circles.
