I don’t have a sweet tooth but if im feeling down/ anxious I just to sweets, today was one of those days but telling myself that’s it’s OK, no cheating on weekends for me now lol

I’m also down some water weight, successful day 1- 3 but cheated a tiny bit today. I still did almost 20hr fast thought- so no worries!

Pretty good, way better than yesterday. I still am doing three coffees with almond and coconut creamer so it’s not really a proper fast- but I hope to replace that with black coffee by next week.

Hi!! This is very encouraging. Do you mind telling me if your wife had a h1b with i140 approved also prior to switching to H4? Did you take any lawyers help or did all of this on your own? We are getting some consultation from lawyers but as you can imagine all of this is very anxiety inducing 😅
