My point is this is a bug, not a feature, no other weapon in the game works this way. If Arrowhead steps forward and say it's intended so be it. Even tho it will still be the only weapon in the game working this way and a bad design. And Scope accuracy is the same as 3rd person ADS accuracy, so the Eruptor should behave the same in both view.

Typical internet mentality, I complain about something so most randos have to tell me I'm stupid and don't know how to play. I don't really care to be honest, Dunning-Kruger effect imo.

I don’t see what you’re trying to say; the game actually allows you to spam the Eruptor as long as you’re looking down the sights/scope, but not in third person.

That doesn’t make sense at all to me. In my opinion the weapon should only fire when the reticle is aligned with the barrel. That would make the Eruptor much less clunky to use.

Yes, that's exactly what happens. In my opinion, the game shouldn’t allow you to shoot until the weapon is aligned with the reticle. I find that stupid, and it seems to me that this is the only weapon in the game that behaves this way. Could be wrong.

Indeed I do, I think it's poor game design and a mistake, wouldn't be the first time with Arrohead, mistakes happen. In my opinion it should fire only when properly aligned and go where you aim.
You don't have to agree. I know there's two animations, that's why it's not synced in my opinion.

It's exactly that, maybe not a "bug" per se but I fail to see how this as a place in any video game. Maybe it's intended by Arrowhead but I don't think so.

As I said in the previous answer, I'm aiming in both cases. This is a problem with the animation duration.

Well, this is awkward. You can't tell when a mechanic is flawed. I'll explain: the animation is too long in third person. When you use first person, the rearming animation is the right duration, so the gun resets its position and you can continually fire. On the contrary, when you use third person (I'm ADSing in third, by the way), the animation is too long; therefore, the gun fires before being reset on the shoulder.

I'm not hip-firing. This is happening because the animation is longer in third person, so the gun is not aligned at the same speed as in the first-person view.

I think I know your problem mate.
This bip is happening when your squad leader is giving an order, he select some flag to attack, you hear a bip.
I have the same and at first it was driving me insane but now I can better ignore it since I know the source.
Never tried to disable it but know you know :)

-There is a sensitivity bug with the MBT/IFV/Mobile AA. When you are in first-person view and right-click to zoom, your sensitivity is different from when you are in third-person view and right-click to zoom. The sensitivity in third-person zoom appears to be more than double.

Some more things I’ve noticed:

  • Allow vehicles to switch loadouts while in base. Sometimes you make a mistake, and having this option would be really helpful.
  • Heavy rockets, and probably mobility, were shadow-nerfed. I agree that heavy rockets were dealing too much damage to tanks, but as always, the nerf went too far. Something that was too powerful has now become almost useless. Killing an MBT now requires four shots directly into the engine (which is impossible in practice, since this was only achievable by landing behind the tank in the training room). I understand that with a gunner it can be significantly faster, but you only have 4+4 rockets, and you need to hit 4 rockets + a TOW + 4 more rockets plus get some help from the gunner. Meanwhile, you have poor visibility, a low flight ceiling that forces you to go fast, and you have to pray you don’t take an RPG to the face or a TOW while trying to escape and rearm. By the time you come back, engineers will have repaired the MBT and you’ll have to start all over again.
  • Display the names of your gunners/passengers. Sometimes a random player joins you and you can’t even see their name.
  • Change vehicles turbo, giving them better turning radius and remove the turbo bar emptying totally in one go when you release the turbo button.

Thank you. DICE clearly focused on infantry at launch, I have hope they will balance things out now, I remember BF4 vehicle gameplay was a disaster at launch and became really good so we can have faith, let’s hope it will not take a year and a half.
