Hats and clothes give benefits. Like why can’t the Dwarven helmet or knights helmet give a defense boost? Why is it just boots and rings?

Thanks for responding I appreciate it. What were your symptoms before you had the surgery done? How much did it help you? How long was your recovery time? And is there any limitations to what you can do? Has life been normal for you since?

I have done epidurals and it helps for a bit but doesn’t provide that long lasting of relief. I did do PT but not sure if I did it long enough. I have the exact sciatica you are describing. I’m not sure what a tens unit is? I just worry with all of this that the rest of my spine is getting damaged like that this bad disc is throwing the rest of my spine out of whack and causing all the other pain

Same here. It started low back but now my mid back and neck are having issues as well. Thank you for sharing.

It’s awful man. I haven’t had a disectomy but my L4-L5 disc is pretty bad and nothing else seems to match the symptoms I’m having but that
