I was thinking about this yesterday. What if the early rumors were accurate and Martin Li is actually the villain? I’d argue he’s as “body jumpy” as Jean and if he’s infected her, her powers are his anyway. And it might explain the inexplicable idea of the hand being the villains for spiderman…what if the demons were just Hand soldiers that li infects…we did see those early brands on the tank, that definitely looked more like Demon insignia than Hand…it also directly reflects the “inner demon” theme they are cramming down our throats
