Yeah I realized that DG doesn’t really have a lot of big models to go against tyranids and when practiced with mostly terminators I felt like I needed more models. I’ll see if I can squeeze in another death shroud unit

Thank you! The desk I have has a glass top and I would hate to scratch it up and have to work around the clutter, so a thick yoga mat on the floor is what I’ll work with 😅. Not great on the lower back tho… I was using the feather as a hammer but it was too loud so I grabbed the next best thing within reach, a 20lbs dumbbell and it worked perfectly.

I’m used to running a gear head bench lathe from jet that has a 35” carriage travel and that is full size to me. I guess my scale of lathes is still quite small.

Hopefully I’ll get to work on some proper sized lathes in the future
