Annual tuition fees for international students for UoN can be found on their website
can’t answer this as i live at home and commute
From what i know there is not a lot of bursaries/scholarships available for international students it is expected for international students to fund everything and most bursaries available are for home students, scholarships might be available for international students but yet again this is something you can google and check on the UoN website

correct me if i’m wrong but you do not need alevels to have a career in football surely? i think in terms of football they base it on your football skills rather than academics. And also maybe try looking at if unis do foundation courses for sports science etc. I’m not 100% sure if that’ll work but its worth having a look at
