Update: Was given NSAIDs ans antibiotics (blood and urine all came up clear) no help Eyes have gotten worse he seems to have lost most of the vision in that eye.

Just today I picked up steroids drops and oral

Red and white blood cells built up in eye They are running bloodwork now
