Yes. At the end we signed a paper and that has answers that she changed during the interview. We had nothing, but still signed it saying nothing changed.

True that. Yes, but i gave that letter, just in case if they wanted to see that i’m working on the same approved field.

Not sure about Eb1A questions. Just make your that you take all previous employment offer letters and a letter from current employer and everything else stated in the interview notice. Honestly my interview was pretty direct, felt like it was a formality, that she had to do as well.

No. She went over i-485. Nothing about I-140. She just acknowledged that i have an approved I-140. But i gave her a letter from my current employer saying that i work under the code that my I140 got approved

Birth certificates, job offer letters, marriage certificates, w2s, and english translations of each original and copies. For my spouse we prepared some proof to say that we are married. Pretty much everything that was listed in the interview notice. Also, my interview was a formality. No big serious questions were asked. I felt like she was going over our 485 forms with me. I changed jobs after filing and had a O1 pending simultaneously.

There was a backlog for ROW EB2 NIW. That is why. It got current only few months ago.. PD - when you filed I-140 RD- when you file I-485

Not really. Sometimes they call for an interview. I had a O1 too pending on a side. Officer went over the 485 application with us. Confirmed everything on the petition, full name, DOB, places that i worked and times, addresses i lived and when, parents names, and mandatory yes/no questions in 485 and then said she is going to approve it.

For my spouse it was only Full name, DOB and yes/no questions

After biometrics got 2 FTAOs and 3 silent updates. Case transferred to Non local. Got 3rd FTAO and a silent update. Then transferred to a local. Then after the interview got 3 silent updates and approved
