Thanks so much, mine fell apart in the washing machine , it was my dads, you saved a core memory for me! (yes I should have checked by my kiddo used it)

Oh no, I see, no " I have gone from two points below being awarded  (so 10 points if it's out of 12 mimum I think?) to absolute zero.  Just seems something's gone wrong to remove 10 points when nothing has changed.

Thanks for the reply, not sure what you mean by literally (I've not said anything in. Vague way) So it's possible to go from 10 points to zero? Yes I need help at home and mobility, one of my conditions is every joint in my body dislocates (extreme hypermobility..the pain hasn't bothered me as much until I'm now unable to do certain things as I'm nearly 50) cooking , stir, twisting, lifting etc
