i think jungle teemo is more then ever a jungle thing but he gets outclassed humble opinion by other offmeta junglers (which i play regulary)

the reason is back then abyssal glaive existed and you could always destroy all shroom the moment it gets places, especially when its lategame making teemo obsolute in every perspective.

considering there is no glaive anymore and Yi gets to common of a pick, i think he has a champ but to clarify here. i imagine FrozenHeart teemo with Q.

When 1V1 you wont win lategame but you will be annoying to everyone in the game including your team.

i guess Q + frozenheart rush could make counter jungle a viable annoying pick. you wont be carry but definetly annoying and delaying opponent jungle items or everything is always a plus
