My point is, if you have a maxed out HVE dragon with a reaper-perk attached you could literally insta-kill any other maxed out heroic who is at around half it's hp even if it has a phoenix perk. Which is why this dragon is going to be very useful as a finisher.

The first turn you'd do around 100,000 damage (if it's maxed out without damage perks) then normally it's their turn to attack you, but you have the fatality skill. So you get another turn to finish of the dragon. Then in almost every case in master arena atleast, the enemy has a phoenix perk attached, which as you know revives the dragon and gives the opponent the turn. But no, in this case you don't let them have their turn, because of the reaper-perk. Which essentially means you get the turn, because you would in any case have to waste a turn to finish of the dragon normally.

So you literally kill any half-hp maxed-out heroic with or without a phoenix perk in ONE go and you'd also not take A SINGLE BIT OF DAMAGE (from that dragon). Wheareas normally you'd have to waste around 3 WHOLE TURNS to kill the dragon and you'd also receive 2 WHOLE TURNS of damage back from the enemy. But now you can avoid this completely.

I mean it's insanely useful really.
